Illnesses

Welcome to Blogging.

Follow these step by step instruction and everything will be fine.

1st. Go to Gmail an open a gmail account follwing the simple instructions.

2nd. Read I'm Too Ill.

3rd. Write about one of the following topics:

It's horrible when you're ill, isn't it? Can you think of things that you can do to stay healthy? Some examples are:

eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day
brushing your teeth after you eat sweets
getting enough sleep every night

Can you think of any more? Write a list.

Choose one of the things from your list (for example, eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day). Make a poster or a leaflet about the topic. Imagine that your poster or leaflet is to help children stay healthy (for example, you could say why it's important to eat fruit and vegetables, you could cut out or draw some pictures, you could write some ideas for recipes).

  3. This is important but very difficult when you don´t have the habit or a little idea that meals are important for your health, first i think that you need to want really you are healthy, next you need to begin little to little, the most important is that you have to be constant

  4. If you want be healthy you need eat a lot of vegetables and fruit,also you need run or walk 30 minutes at day,but first you need let:sodas and candies,because it do that you are chubby

  9. I think that is healthy eat fruits and vegetables every day, so ours body will be better and we also will feel better .And It´s important that we sleep very well so we´re not stressed.

  10. I think is very important eat fruits and vegetables a day, trying dont eta junk food or a lot of things with sugar.
    Do exercise for 30 minutes a day and sleep very well. (:

  12. i think that for start well with yourself, you can eat things like appel, orange, banana and other but also you have that do exercice, but like alony walking in park is enough.
